Please Stop Edge from messing with my computer its mine not yours!

why does Edge keeps turinng its self back on when i have stopped its task, changed its registry and went as far as manually deleteing it and stopped letting my computer update. when edge is on it goes invisiable and blocks part of my desk top and i have to go in task manager to remove it so i can use my computer again. fix it or get rid of it. it severs no purpose no one i know likes edge. Please leave my "Personal Computer" alone.
