My account suspended for no reason

I asked for a real in-game item like everyone else does every single day, people ask for a dragon communion seal and dragon com stands for that same item in the game. I asked for someone to give me the in game item and ill give them another in game item as a trade, in game items are being traded for free and im wondering why I get suspended a second time for asking for a real item. Why is your company suspending people for no reason? The word is not censored nor is it a curse word. Am I being targeted by microsoft for no reason at all??? Why is there no appeal option when this suspension is unjustified completely I mean I did nothing wrong at all. Am I the only person in the world that is not allowed to ask for things in a group post your company set up so we can ask for help???
