Blocked from rescheduling PL-300 before 24h deadline (AI Skills Fest voucher error)

Hi everyone,

I really need some urgent help with my PL-300 exam that is scheduled for tomorrow (Monday).

Yesterday (Saturday), well before the 24-hour deadline, I tried to reschedule my exam to a later date. However, the Pearson VUE website completely blocked me with a error saying my voucher is expired and can't be used anymore.

This voucher is from the Microsoft AI Skills Fest. The terms explicitly say the exam just needs to be taken by October 18th. It seems like the system is glitching and thinking the voucher is dead because the August booking deadline passed, even though the actual exam deadline hasn't happened yet.

I tried opening a live chat with Pearson VUE yesterday to fix this before the 24-hour window hit, but since it was the weekend, no agents were online to help me. Now I’m stuck with an active appointment for tomorrow that I absolutely cannot attend because I'm not fully prepared yet.

I've attached the screenshot of the error message showing exactly what happened when I tried to change it yesterday. Could a support moderator please look into this and help me get a manual reschedule?
