Hello,

What you are asking that getting admin rights to bypass AppLocker restrictions set by your school’s IT department is not something I can help you with. Those restrictions are enforced by Group Policy for compliance and security reasons, and attempting to circumvent them would violate both Microsoft’s code of conduct and your institution’s acceptable use policies.

What I can do is explain why you are seeing this behavior. AppLocker is a Windows feature that allows administrators to define rules under Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Application Control Policies > AppLocker. When your IT department blocks Roblox, they are applying a rule that prevents the executable from running. This is enforced at the system level, and only someone with administrative privileges granted by the organization can modify or remove those rules.

If you believe Roblox should be allowed for legitimate educational or extracurricular purposes, the correct path is to raise a request with your IT department. Provide them with the justification, and they can decide whether to adjust the AppLocker policy or create an exception.

I cannot provide steps to bypass or elevate privileges, but if you want, I can walk you through how AppLocker works, how rules are applied, and what kind of exception policies administrators can configure. That way, you’ll have the technical background to discuss the issue with your IT team in a precise and informed manner.

I hope you've found something useful here. If it helps you get more insight into the issue, it's appreciated to accept the answer. Should you have more questions, feel free to leave a message. Have a nice day!
