If the exam was taken today, the result can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Learn profile’s Certifications tab.
For MS-102 specifically, passing the exam alone does not always produce a certificate. The Microsoft 365 Administrator certification requires passing MS-102 and also holding a qualifying Associate-level certification. If that prerequisite has not been completed, the certification certificate will not appear yet.
To check and access credentials:
- Sign in to the Learn profile.
- Select the photo avatar > Profile.
- Open Transcript to confirm the exam result.
- Open the Credentials area / Certifications tab to check whether the certification has been issued.
- If the certification is available, use the certificate view/print option and save it as PDF.
If the exam result appears but the certification does not:
- Wait up to 24 hours for the result to sync.
- Confirm the correct Learn profile is being used, especially if multiple Microsoft accounts were used.
- Check that all certification requirements for MS-102 are completed.
- If the credential is still missing after that, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
