    Hi @Glenn Woody

In Microsoft Teams Free on iPhone, you should be able to block someone by opening Chat, tapping and holding the contact, and selecting Block.

Since this stopped working immediately after the iOS update, please try:

    1. Update Microsoft Teams from the App Store.
    2. Force-close Teams and restart the iPhone.
    3. Sign out of Teams, then sign back in.
    4. If the option is still unresponsive, uninstall and reinstall Teams.

Could you also confirm whether Block is missing, greyed out, or selectable but does nothing? Please also specify whether this is a regular chat contact or a community member, as the steps differ.

    Thank you for your time
