I can't sign yo my Email.

It's been months now
I change my password cuz I don't remember it.
And the problem has started
Just trying to sign in and the (authenticator app) keeps popping up
I downloaded the the app but I can't get the code to sign in
Just fix the problem
as you know this email for study purposes (university Email )
