    Hi,

I will help you with this issue.

If your Microsoft account was linked to the 2021 Office license, you should be able to download a copy from the https://account.microsoft.com/services page.

Here is a direct download link of the O2021 suite as well:

    https://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/C1297A47-86C4-4C1F-97FA-950631F94777/MacAutoupdate/Microsoft_365_and_Office_16.101.25091314_Installer.pkg

Once you install the package simply sign in with the same Microsoft account and it should activate.

I hope this information helps. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out. Wishing you good luck!

If Outlook 2021 for Mac was removed, reinstall it from the Microsoft account that is associated with the one-time purchase.

    1. Go to the Microsoft account dashboard and sign in with the Microsoft account associated with Office 2021.
    2. From the Overview page, select Office apps.
    3. Find the Office product and select Install.
    4. After the download finishes on the Mac, open Finder > Downloads and double-click the installer package.
    5. On the installer screens, select Continue to begin.
    6. Review the license agreement, select Continue, then Agree.
    7. Choose the install options and select Continue.
      • If only specific apps are needed, select Customize and leave Outlook selected.
    8. Select Install.
    9. Enter the Mac login password if prompted, then select Install Software.
    10. When installation finishes, select Close.
    11. Open Launchpad and start an Office app such as Word to begin activation, then sign in if prompted.

If Office apps on the Mac need to be removed first before reinstalling:

    1. Close Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    2. Open Finder and go to Applications.
    3. Locate the Office apps, then control-click each app and choose Move to Trash.
    4. Download the installer again and reinstall.

If a full uninstall is needed, note that removing certain Outlook-related folders from the Library can delete Outlook data, so back up those folders first.
