My motherboard recently malfunctioned causing damage to itself and my cpu. I replaced the cpu with the same SKU but i changed motherboards after learning that the one I was using had documented issues. Now I cant reactivate windows. I have tried to use the troubleshoot method but I get a message that I need to purchase a new copy. When I logged into to my windows account to view devices, it showed my new and old pc I deleted the old device in hopes that it would help activate the new one but it did not.

Thanks for your help
