check in issue & re-schedule issue

I have a test today, but I meet some network issue can not check-in. it show I can re-schedule, but when I reschedule I meet issue again.

I pre-checked as the guide today. it show everything well.

but when it is time to test, I run the program. and it show network issue.

I use the same computer, the same network.

my test is "AB-730: AI Business Professional".
