    Hello Manish,

You are currently 2 builds behind. We are currently running 28120.3032 that was updated yesterday. Please update and see if that corrects your issue.

    Regards,

    Try this in order:

    1. Reset the graphics driver shortcut:
      • Press Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B.
      • If that does not help, restart the PC.
    2. Check whether Task Manager flickers:
      • Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and open Task Manager.
      • If Task Manager does not appear, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
      • If Task Manager flickers too, the problem is likely the display driver.
      • If Task Manager stays stable while the rest of the screen flickers, the problem is likely an incompatible app.
    3. If it looks like a display driver issue, fix the display driver:
      • Open Device Manager from the taskbar search.
      • Expand Display adapters.
      • Right-click the display adapter and use one of these options:
        • Roll Back Driver if Windows Update recently updated the device.
        • Update driver to look for a newer driver.
        • Uninstall Device from Properties > Driver and restart so Windows attempts to reinstall it.
      • Note: rolling back or uninstalling a driver requires administrator privileges.
      • Note: if the uninstall option to remove the driver software is not shown, start the PC in safe mode first.
    4. If it looks like an incompatible app:
      • For Microsoft Store apps, install available app updates.
      • For non-Store apps, get the latest version from the device or app manufacturer.
      • If the issue started after installing a specific app, uninstall it:
        • Windows 11: Start > Settings > Apps > Installed Apps
        • Select the app > Uninstall > Uninstall
        • Restart and test after each uninstall.
    5. Because this started after an update, if the issue began immediately after a recent Windows update, uninstall the recently installed update from recovery options:
      • Go to the sign-in screen.
      • Hold Shift and select Restart.
      • In recovery, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Uninstall recently installed quality updates.
      • If needed, use System Restore from the same recovery area and choose a restore point from before the issue started.
    6. Since this is an Insider Preview build:
      • Check whether a newer Insider build is available and install it.
      • If the issue continues on the latest build, submit feedback with WIN + F.

If the screen is too unstable to follow the steps normally, use safe mode first.
