    Hello,

If your Microsoft account is recognized as a Child account (Under 18), you will be asked for parental permission when trying to install or run a program or for certain activities.

If you are a child, on the Parent or guardian consent is required for this account screen, select I'm not a parent or guardian'.

    Click Continue.

On the next screen, you will be asked to enter an adult's email address to provide consent for your account. The adult will receive an email with a consent request and will need to approve it.

Once the request is approved, you should be able to use the program or service normally.
