My Microsoft account .com does not have Talk to Copilot, Smart, or Vision features.

My Microsoft account [removed PII]@hotmail.com does not have Talk to Copilot, Smart, or Vision features. The same devices and browsers show these features immediately when I sign in with another Microsoft account. Please review the feature assignment for my account.

    It depends which MSA you are using, not all MSA have those features.

    Copilot Smart and Vision are tied to your Microsoft Account (MSA) only if you have an active Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, or Premium subscription. If you sign in with a work account (Entra ID) instead, Vision works there too — but Smart is still tied to the subscription on the account you’re signed in with.
