Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hi Jo,
I understand why this would be useful, especially when you need to follow up on messages received over the past few weeks.
Classic Outlook does not currently provide a built-in search condition that reliably displays only emails you have not replied to. The reply-arrow icon indicates the recorded status of an individual message, but it is not designed to track whether an entire conversation is still awaiting your response. This is also why you may not see a Replied criterion when creating a custom Search Folder.
As a practical workaround, you could flag messages that still need a response. Outlook will collect flagged messages in the For Follow Up Search Folder, where you can also sort or review them by date.
You can find the official instructions here: Review flagged email messages in Outlook
If you would like to help narrow this down further, are you trying to identify messages without a reply arrow on the individual email, or conversations where you have not sent any response at all? Thank you so much for your understanding.
