An auto update of outlook occurred yesterday on MacBook. I’m using sequoia is 15.8. On opening outlook I have a blank Microsoft screen. When I try to add email account I revive a ‘not online’ message. When I try to click to login it uploads a marketing screen to sell 365 and I cannot go further. ??? Thanks

    Welcome Geoff Naumann,

Thank you for the additional information. Since Outlook is showing a blank Microsoft screen, reports that you are "not online," and the "Work Offline" option is checked but grayed out, I'd like to gather a bit more information while also trying a couple of quick checks.

    • Can you confirm whether your Mac can access Microsoft websites in Safari, such as: https://outlook.live.com/ or Microsoft Account?
    • Are you able to sign in to your email account through Outlook on the web, or does the issue only occur in the Outlook app?
    • Please completely quit Outlook, then restart your Mac and test Outlook again.
    • If the issue persists, try starting Outlook while your Mac is connected to a different network (for example, a mobile hotspot) to rule out a connection-related issue.

    Looking forward to your update.
