Do I have to have a new build?

I thought I had opted out of the Insider build thing, so do i need to update and how can i get the current one removed from my screen each time i log in ?

    Hi Karenia,

    What build are you currently on?

    Use WIN+R, type winver for the build #.

    Just opting out doesn't stop builds

    until the next public build release comes

    out in Oct.
