Help talking to a LIVE person. My acount has been compromised and Microsoft wont let me delete it.

My Microsoft account has been compromised by my ex husband. I have tried changing the password, deleting devices, etc. My next step was to delete the account all together, but it will not let me delete the account because its saying there is a tenant attached. Ive been on Entra and it won't let me delete the tenant. I have tried taking the computer to Geek Squad for help. No luck. I have tried calling support but it says my phone number isn't attached to the account and hangs up. I have no way to get my ex husband off my account and I'm desperate for help to delete it.
