Cannot access my Outlook, it seems I now have a combination of the old and new Outlooks which renders my computer useless/

I am an Invalid Pensioner age 79 and have several chronic health issues and need computer access 24/87.

I was having problems with my computer a few days ago when the Microsoft staff member ended the Chat without notice.

Since then, trying to use my computer (Laptop) is an unworkable mish-mash, ever my account name is incorrect.

What I would like is for someone at Microsoft to take the time, read the Case thoroughly and fix my dilemmas.

I'm prepared to spend as much continuous time online with Microsoft as I have to resolve the issues.

One thing though, I want to keep my original Outlook and Edge NOT to migrate to the latest version, I will do that when I replace my laptop in the New year.

Thank you in anticipation.

I am sorry that Microsoft Support left you in the lurch. But I am afraid your only choice is probably more Chat.

If you have a Qualified MS 365 Subscription you may be able to get Call Back Support.
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/support

If not, then Chat is your only option. From inside your Classic Outlook that would be the menu choices: Help -> Contact Support. You do not have any control over what Support agent you get, I hope you get a good one next time.

I am willing to try and work on your problems using this forum. But the conversation will be painfully slow, and since I can't access your PC, you would have to describe the results of each change to me via messages. Please advise if you want to try this route.
