Hi @Jessica YU
This is just a user-to-user support forum, I cannot restore it directly from the link because that requires access to the tenant and appropriate SharePoint permissions.
If this location was deleted or is no longer accessible, please first check the SharePoint Recycle Bin for the site.
- Open the SharePoint site.
- Go to Recycle bin or Site contents > Recycle bin.
- Search for that files/ folders and any related files/folders.
- If the item is found, select it and choose Restore.
- If it is not in the first-stage Recycle Bin, check the Second-stage recycle bin. This may require SharePoint administrator/site collection administrator permissions.
If the item cannot be found in either Recycle Bin, I recommend having a SharePoint/Microsoft 365 administrator investigate whether the document library or folder was deleted, renamed, moved, or otherwise changed.
If you're unsure who your IT administrator is, please refer to How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
