Lost chats or teams

I had some teams from primary school now am in high school and I got some more at the start I had some but I think some got deleted or something I want them back please me and my sister have the same problem

    Thank you for sharing the details of your situation.

    Please first make sure that you are signed in to Microsoft Teams with the same school account that you used in primary school. If you received a new account when you started high school, your previous class teams may not appear under the new account.

    • You can also try signing in to https://teams.microsoft.com with your previous school account to check whether the teams are still available there.

    If the teams are still missing, they may have been archived or deleted, your membership may have been removed, or your previous school account may no longer be active. Students cannot restore a deleted class team or add themselves back. Please contact the IT administrator or a former teacher at your primary school and ask them to check the status of the missing teams and your account.

    Your sister should also contact her school’s IT administrator, especially if she uses a separate school account.
