Need my chats to be functional again, please

Suddenly, I keep getting "Sorry, it looks like I need to chat about something else. Click “New topic,” please!" and "Oops, I think we've reached the end of this conversation. Click “New topic,” if you would!". My writing/narration is important...Will this be restored soon? Haven't been able to access them for just over 2 days. Thank you very much.

    Hi Jackie Binder,

I completely understand why you’re worried, especially when those conversations contain writing that’s important to you. Please don’t delete the affected chats, as they may still be available even though you can’t continue them right now.

When you have a moment, could you check whether the same conversations work in the web version? I’d also like to know whether this is happening with all your previous chats or only certain ones and whether you can use a newly created chat normally.

Please also make sure you’re signed in with the same account and sign-in method you used before, then fully close and reopen the app. Some conversations can be temporarily unavailable while content moves or syncs with the updated experience.

If you can still access any of your writing, I’d copy it into a document for safekeeping. Since this has already been happening for more than two days, it would also be worth reporting through the app’s feedback option. Include the exact messages you’re seeing, when the problem began and whether new chats still work.

I hope your conversations become available again soon. Please let me know what happens when you try them on the web.
