SC-500 Virtual Training Day 50% discount not applied after 3 weeks

I completed Microsoft Security Virtual Training Day: Strengthen Cloud Security with Microsoft Defender for Cloud and received the eligibility email on August 26, 2026 confirming that I qualify for 50% off the Cloud and AI Security Engineer Associate certification exam.

The email address I used to register for the event is the same email address associated with my Microsoft Learn profile.

I am trying to schedule SC-500: Implementing End-to-End Security Controls for Cloud and AI Workloads. However, Pearson VUE continues to show the full $165 exam price at checkout and no 50% discount is available.

It has now been approximately three weeks since I received the eligibility email.

Is there any way to have the Virtual Training Day discount manually attached to my Microsoft Learn profile or have the existing support request escalated?
