    Hello @Xu Lucas 徐鑫

Two-step authentication is typically required when an organization wants to improve the security of data within its Microsoft 365 tenant.

If the SharePoint files were shared with you by a user from another organization, this authentication step may be enforced by the organization that owns the files. In this case, I would recommend that you contact the person who shared the files with you and ask them to work with their administrator to review whether the authentication requirement can be removed.

If you are using a different account to access resources from your work or school organization, you may need to contact your administrator and ask them to either exclude your account from the authentication requirement or configure your account to bypass this step, if permitted by your organization's policies.

To help me better understand the situation, could you please provide the following information?

    • Which account are you using to access the resource?
    • Is the file owned by your organization or by another organization?

Once I have this information, I will be able to provide more specific guidance.

I look forward to hearing from you.
