Waiting on Analysis for Malware File

I submitted a file for malware analysis and it's been in the pending state for 3 weeks. Is there another place to submit the file to make sure it gets checked.

You can upload it to VirusTotal. This is long standing respected site that will check the file against multiple av tools.

I did use VirusTotal with some of the scanners reporting malware and the majority saying the is not. I wanted Microsoft to check the file because the developer mentioned that false positives are possible with their software.
