computer has no sound from speakers. I've tried all the troubleshooting possibilities, and none have worked.

Did the speakers work before on this computer, or is this the first time you’re trying to use them?
Are these built-in speakers, external speakers, or speakers connected through a monitor/HDMI? What is the exact computer model, and do headphones produce sound if you connect them?
Also, what troubleshooting steps have you already tried? This will help avoid repeating the same steps.
