Our team is using a power automate flow for a task which needs to run a script from our sharepoint on an excel file. Most of the time the action gets done with no issues, but for certain users they keep getting the error mentionned in the title. More specifically, Conflict The script couldn't create a connection with Excel. Please try again. I have tried adding a delay before the step and setting up a retry routine but it doesnt work. Did anybody experience this issue?

Hi Mamadou,

After reviewing your description, it seems the issue is related more to the Power Automate Run script action establishing a connection to the Excel workbook rather than an error within the Office Script itself.

Since your question is focused more on Power Automate flow execution and Excel Online connection behavior, you may also find it helpful to seek additional guidance from the Power Platform Community as the specialists and community members there have deeper expertise with these types of scenarios.

I apologize for redirecting you to a different community. The members of this category primarily focus on Microsoft 365 and Office applications and may have limited knowledge of Power Automate-specific troubleshooting. To help you receive more targeted assistance, I am guiding you to the community best suited for this type of issue.

I hope this provides some helpful context. Thank you for your understanding.
