[Microsoft Advertising] Manager Account K******Z7T - System bug blocking 6-month re-appeal window (Requesting Escalation)

I recently set up a UK-based e-commerce store (DSJ Dog Designs) selling dog-themed canvas wall art and apparel. I created a Microsoft Advertising account and imported an active campaign from Google Ads, where my business is already fully verified and running.

I successfully passed Microsoft's Advertiser Identity Verification (submitted passport and photo authentication). However, an automated compliance flag suspended the account minutes later, right after I installed the UET tag on my Shopify store.

I submitted an initial appeal, which was auto-rejected. The official rejection email explicitly states:

"If you believe this action was incorrect, please contact us by re-submitting an appeal... within six months of this notice."

However, when I try to follow those instructions, the Microsoft Advertising portal locks me out completely due to the suspension status, making it impossible to submit the second appeal. I contacted live chat support, and the representative confirmed that the portal lock physically prevents users from submitting a re-appeal—creating an unresolved system error between policy and UI functionality.

Could a Community Manager please escalate Manager Account ID: K** ** **Z7T to the internal Trust & Safety team for a manual human review?

I am a legitimate UK business owner with verified identity credentials and would greatly appreciate a real person reviewing this false-positive automated lock, or at least restoring my policy-granted right to submit my second appeal. ** PII Removed **
