2FA not letting me get into my account

I have 2fa on my account but I no longer have access to the phone number to use the authentication app so if I can’t sign in to the app I can’t authenticate to get into my email which is connected to everything my Snapchat Xbox live instagram twitch all because I turned this on and now their telling me employees can’t even rectify this how am I supposed to get into an email I know the password for but it still won’t let me into my account I made 14 years ago asking my 14 year old questions I don’t remember my teachers I don’t remember these 14 year old questions dude i just want my account
