Tenant currently has zero Global Administrators, active or eligible, caused by an Entra Access Review auto-apply cycle removing all Global Administrator role assignments with no reviewer response. Not an MFA or password reset issue. Domain ownership was verified via DNS TXT record, confirmed propagated by 9/11. Both environment owners completed identity verification with Microsoft around the same time. Despite this being classified Severity A, the case has been open 9+ days with no restoration, and a related case was downgraded from Severity A to Severity C without explanation or resolution. Requesting a moderator's help routing this to the Data Protection team directly, TrackingID#2609100040007599.

2026-09-17T00:30:41.2933333+00:00 Following up again, it has now been over 24 hours since the last engagement here and the tenant is still locked out with zero Global Administrators. This is a critical operational stoppage, all admin, security, and compliance actions remain blocked on a production tenant. I would really appreciate any update or push toward Data Protection you're able to give, this has gone on far longer than it should have and I don't want to keep opening new threads given the earlier note, so I'm asking directly here.
