Weird tint that disappears sometimes

I have this kind of warm yellowish tint that keeps showing up on my display despite me not having any tints, overlays, nightlights, or high contrast settings enabled at all. It also used to do this weird thing where the moment I would open any kind of display settings, the tint would just go away without my doing anything for some reason? Those fixes have stopped working over time and now the only way to make the tint go away is to open the colour calibration settings; once I close that window, the tint immediately comes back. Also whenever I power my computer on after shutting it down, the tint only appear once the time does, so I assume only when windows has fully loaded. Also, I wanted to include two comparitive screenshots on here but whenever I use the snipping tool to capture the tint, it doesn't show up on the image???

The best first option is to go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website to download and reinstall (not update) the version of graphics drivers they provide.

If that does not resolve the problem, boot Windows into Safe Mode, is the same problem occurring in Safe Mode?

If so, this may not be a software problem, boot your PC into BIOS and check if the same problem on the screen occurs in BIOS.
