I forgot to update it before August 8, and I try to update it now, its show me a message that the update was not successful. What should i do?

Unfortunately, it is impossible to update without a clean install, regardless of the downloaded ISO.
Set the BIOS and system date/time to before August 8; reset Windows Update.
Windows Update downloads the Windows 11 Insider Preview Feature Update (28020.2207) completely. The system reboots. Installation begins but fails with error 0xC1900101.
Wait and see ...
