Good day Nic,
Just to gently clarify before going any further, this forum is separate from Microsoft Support. I don’t have the ability to access or investigate individual accounts because this is a user‑to‑user support forum.
Based on the image, the Move to window opens but remains stuck on a loading screen without showing any destinations. Since no specific error message is displayed, the exact cause cannot be confirmed from the screenshot alone.
Please try the following steps:
Ensure that your operating system, web browser are fully updated.
Option 1: Test in InPrivate or Incognito browser
Open an InPrivate or Incognito browser window.
Sign in to office.com with your work account > Select Apps and more > Open SharePoint and reproduce the issue.
If the issue is no longer occurring, please clear your browser cache and cookies.
Go to browser settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear Browsing Data, select All time as the time range, and ensure cookies, cache and saved session data are included.
After clearing the data, sign out of all browser accounts, then sign back in with your work account and test again.
Option 2: Test in Microsoft Edge
If you are currently using another browser, such as Chrome, please download and install Microsoft Edge.
Sign in with your work account at office.com.
Open the Apps and more and select SharePoint.
Navigate to the affected site and test the behavior again.
Please allow a few moments for the Move to window to finish loading.
Option 3: Use File Explorer as a workaround
If the document libraries are synced to your device, you can use File Explorer to move the files as a temporary workaround:
Open the source document library in File Explorer.
Open the destination document library in a separate File Explorer window.
Move the files from the source folder to the destination folder.
Refresh the SharePoint site and verify that the files appear in the destination library.
Note: Moving files through File Explorer doesn't preserve version history.

Option 4: Contact Microsoft Support
If the issue still persists after trying the steps above, I recommend reaching out to your organization's IT administrator to create a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Support > Help & Support for further backend investigation. In case you do not know who is your IT admin, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
A technical support engineer can perform a remote session to investigate the situation, verify the backend configurations, and run any necessary synchronization tools to resolve the problem. If the issue requires further attention, they can escalate it to a specialized team for deeper analysis.
If you have any questions or need further support, please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
