    Just to gently clarify before going any further, this forum is separate from Microsoft Support. I don’t have the ability to access or investigate individual accounts because this is a user‑to‑user support forum.  

    Unfortunately, it isn't possible to find the person’s new email address from this message header. The header only shows the email address used when the original message was sent. 

    Situation 1: If the person is outside your organization, please contact the person or their organization through an approved communication channel and request their current email address. 

    Situation 2: If the person is within your organization, please contact the colleague directly and ask for their current email address.  

    If the colleague cannot confirm it, please contact your organization's IT administrator so they can verify the address through internal directory records and provide the correct information. In case you do not know who is your IT admin, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
