File submission stuck "In progress" for 12 days — false positive report for developer's own installer

Hello,

I submitted my own signed... — actually unsigned, first release — installer for false-positive re-evaluation on September 2, 2026. Submission ID: aa497c8c-5e93-4532-b2f7-046e6347ea8e, file name wordiv-setup.exe, detected as Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml.

The submission has shown status "In progress" for 12 days with no update or resolution email, well past the stated 24–72 hour turnaround. This is blocking beta testers from installing our application.

Could someone from the team please help move this along, or let me know if there's a better channel for this?
