Explorer with your build, so that could
be the answer.
And if you Uninstall the latest update it
might only change back again with the next
update.

after installing 26300.9539 updater from windows update in insider release preview of 26H2
my explorer became ugly and as far i know it is the old explorer with new UI not loading
so i miss tabs option
i did full reset of vivetools and other than that i don't have any program that can influence it it was all right till that update i did SFC /scannow (normal)

- Select Start WindowsLogo > Settings SettingsApp > Windows Update SyncStatus .
- Under More options, select Update history.
- View update history
- Under Related settings, select Uninstall updates.
- From the list, select update you want to remove, and then select Uninstall.
