How do i get rid of an orphaned account in microsoft family safety when child is locked into an organizer that is no longer in family (ghost organizer)

grandma originally signed up herself and grandson to microsoft family but now mom wants to have granma not be organizer and has set herself up as organizer and added her son but she can't control or get rid of grandma even tho grandma has removed herself

How does daughter fix this?

    May I confirm,

    In your Microsoft family group, is it just you (as the Child) and your Mom (as the Organizer), with no one else listed as a member?

    Based on what you've described, it looks like you may not have actually left the old family group where your grandma is the organizer. A screenshot of your account's family group page would confirm who the current organizer is.
