    Hello Anukrati Graphics Team,

Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Learn Q&A Platform!

I can see that your Merchant Center domain has been rejected. I hope the response and resources provided here can help you out.

With Microsoft Merchant Center, you can create a feed that includes images and other information about your products so that your products can display on the Microsoft Advertising Network. Learn more about how to create a Microsoft Merchant Center store and what a Microsoft Merchant Center feed is. When creating a Microsoft Merchant Center store and trying to upload a feed file, you may run into certain errors:

    • The product URL shouldn't redirect to another URL. It should be a direct link to the product offer webpage – The product URL is redirecting to a different domain. Please update the product URL to be a direct link to the product webpage.
    • The product URL should be a sub-path of the store’s domain – The product URL should include the sub-path of your store’s domain (e.g., http://contoso.com/mystore).
    • HTTP 4xx, HTTP 5xx errors – Check the product URL begins with an HTTP or HTTPS only and that the domain of the product URL matches the domain of your landing page URL.

A Microsoft Merchant Center domain can be rejected with the message "This domain is disallowed due to violation of our policies" when Microsoft Advertising determines that the website or its content breaches one or more of its advertising policies. Common reasons include:

    • Prohibited content – The site contains or promotes products, services, or information that are not allowed under Microsoft Advertising policies (e.g., counterfeit goods, dangerous products, illegal services, or inappropriate content).
    • Restricted content without compliance – The site offers regulated products or services (such as alcohol, gambling, or health-related items) but does not meet the required legal, certification, or targeting restrictions.
    • Misleading or harmful practices – The site engages in deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior, such as misrepresenting products, phishing, or distributing malware.
    • Poor user experience or unsafe site – The site has excessive pop‑ups, redirects, or other practices that interfere with navigation, or it is flagged for security issues.
    • Policy violations in other Microsoft services – If the domain has been previously blocked or blacklisted across Microsoft networks for policy breaches, it can be disallowed in Merchant Center.

When a domain is disallowed, it means it cannot be used for product ads until the violation is resolved.

Customers must review the Microsoft Advertising policies relevant to their business category, and attempt correcting any prohibited or non‑compliant content or practices on their website. They need to ensure the website is secure, functional, and provides accurate product information. You can learn more here:
