Hello why does Microsft Edge not let you pin anything to the Task Bar it says pinning is temporarily unavailable at this time.

Try turning on "Get notifications from apps and other senders" in your settings. I fixed mine after turning it on, I tried many methods, including the methods stated by @Pavle Peković but turning that notification on in my settings fixed mine.
Go to edge://policy/ and check PinningWizardAllowed
If that's ok, start File Explorer and go to "%AppData%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar". If you can't open this folder, that's the problem.
Also, try to repair component store:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
While you trying to fix it, you can try to, in Edge, open the site, then Settings and more (…) > Apps > Install this site as an app. Once installed, find it in Start, right-click, Pin to taskbar.
