Microsoft for Startups verification failed – Get Program Support / Your Microsoft Team missing

Hello Microsoft Team,

I am enrolled in Microsoft for Startups and currently have the initial $1,000 Azure startup credit.

My business verification now shows:

“We couldn’t verify your startup.”

However, on the Microsoft for Startups Overview page, the documented “Your Microsoft Team” → “Get program support” section is completely missing. Therefore I cannot contact Microsoft for Startups Program Support or request manual verification.

For Microsoft for Startups verification and program-access issues, the supported path is to submit the request through the Azure Portal.

Sign in to the Azure Portal.
Open the Microsoft for Startups startup homepage.
In Overview, look for Your Microsoft Team.
Select Get program support.

Program Support handles issues such as:

program onboarding
Azure credit activation
benefit redemption
billing profile issues
entitlement corrections
portal access problems
