Hello Microsoft Team,

I am enrolled in Microsoft for Startups and currently have the initial $1,000 Azure startup credit.

My business verification now shows:

“We couldn’t verify your startup.”

However, on the Microsoft for Startups Overview page, the documented “Your Microsoft Team” → “Get program support” section is completely missing. Therefore I cannot contact Microsoft for Startups Program Support or request manual verification.

Company: NHD Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. Product: PetPort Website: https://www.petport.cloud/en Business email: [email protected] Country: India DPIIT recognized: Yes Stage: Pre-launch / MVP under active development

We can provide our Certificate of Incorporation, DPIIT recognition certificate, proof of domain ownership and other verification documents through a secure/private channel.

Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate this to the Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification team and advise how we can complete a manual review?

I can provide the Azure subscription ID and other account information privately if required.

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

Hello @Haresh Sorathia I hope you are doing well,

    Try the following:

    1. Sign in to the Azure Portal and open the Microsoft for Startups experience.
    2. Check Overview for Your Microsoft Team → Get program support.

Before submitting, also verify that the startup profile information particularly the legal company name, address, website/domain, and registration details matches the documentation exactly. This can prevent verification mismatches.

For Microsoft for Startups verification and program-access issues, the supported path is to submit the request through the Azure Portal.

    1. Sign in to the Azure Portal.
    2. Open the Microsoft for Startups startup homepage.
    3. In Overview, look for Your Microsoft Team.
    4. Select Get program support.

Program Support handles issues such as:

    • program onboarding
    • Azure credit activation
    • benefit redemption
    • billing profile issues
    • entitlement corrections
    • portal access problems

Since the issue described is both a verification failure and the Your Microsoft Team / Get program support entry being missing, it fits Program Support scope as a program and portal-access issue.

If Your Microsoft Team is not available, submit a support request in the Azure Portal for the Azure-side issue:

    1. Sign in to the Azure Portal.
    2. Select the ? icon in the top-right.
    3. Select Help + support.
    4. Select Create a support request.
    5. Complete the form and attach relevant screenshots or documents.

If there is uncertainty about which team should handle the case, the documented guidance is:

    • start with Microsoft for Startups Program Support for program or benefit questions
    • use Azure Support for service or billing issues

For verification-related failures, accepted guidance in Microsoft Q&A indicates checking that business/domain verification documents are current and that the business name and address exactly match the startup profile. If repeated verification failures continue, use the startup support path to request assistance.

Do not post subscription IDs or account details publicly. Provide those only within the support request.
