Azure Artifact Signing: identity validation stuck on email verification — verification email never delivered

Service: Azure Artifact Signing (formerly Trusted Signing) — organization Public Trust identity validation via the Azure portal.

Scenario: Identity Validation ID 58a847fc-b11a-45c6-a1b3-xxxxxxxxxxxx, created August 2026 for company, country. The request shows "Please complete your email verification." The verification email never arrived at the primary email address on the request.

Troubleshooting: Checked inbox, junk, and server-side rules. Both the primary and secondary email addresses on the request are individual mailboxes on our own domain, not a distribution list or shared mailbox. External test mail to that same address arrives within seconds, so the mailbox receives normally.

Question: Can you check whether the verification email was dispatched for this request, and whether the validation team can complete that step internally?

Thank you for the fast reply. The issue is solved.

One hour after your reply, I successfully received the first email verification request Action needed: Verify your email account with Microsoft, and one hour after that another one.

Unfortunately, both resulted in the following error: The request is blocked. I assume this is because I closed the current validation request and created a new one.

However, just 10 minutes ago I received a confirmation email for the new request, stating that the validation status has been updated to pass.

    Thanks for sorting this out.

The link is sent, is there a firewall that blocks email addresses with link.
