Hi, @Jina Mangaoang
If the touchpad is completely unresponsive and the pointer is missing, first check whether the touchpad was accidentally disabled.
- Look for a touchpad key on the top row of the keyboard, usually one of the F keys with a touchpad icon. Try pressing it, or Fn + that key.
- If you can connect a USB mouse, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Touchpad and make sure Touchpad is turned on.
- Restart the laptop once as well.
If the issue still persists, to help narrow down the issue:
- What is the make and exact model of the laptop?
- Did the touchpad stop working after a Windows update, driver update, or restart?
- Does the touchpad appear under Device Manager > Human Interface Devices or Mice and other pointing devices?
