    Hello Brian,

Could you please confirm whether you only purchased the Microsoft 365 subscription through GoDaddy, or whether your entire Microsoft 365 tenant and email environment are also managed by GoDaddy?

Based on the plan name and upgrade process you described, it appears that this is a Microsoft 365 from GoDaddy subscription. With Microsoft 365 from GoDaddy, GoDaddy generally manages the subscription, licensing, account setup, mailbox provisioning.

If either the subscription or the tenant is managed by GoDaddy, GoDaddy will need to check whether:

    • The upgrade order was completed successfully
    • The new license was assigned to the correct email user
    • The mailbox is still in a pending or failed provisioning state
    • The mailbox or license needs to be reassigned or provisioned again

Microsoft Support may not have direct access to review or modify a subscription and tenant managed through GoDaddy. Therefore, please contact GoDaddy Support again and ask them specifically to check the Microsoft 365 license and mailbox provisioning status following the plan upgrade.

If your Microsoft 365 tenant is managed by GoDaddy and further assistance from Microsoft is required, GoDaddy may open a support ticket with Microsoft on your behalf through their partner support channel.

Please feel free to update me if you receive any additional information or need further assistance.
