Everything attached to my email has been compromised. Each new email appears to being converted into some type of bot that shows Sky Market All-in-one checker. I have changed my password, enabled two factor authentication, and removed any rules but this continues to happen to every new incoming email. All inbox messages have also been removed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Edwards,

The symptoms point that your account was hacked, and the hackers probably added your account to an organisation.

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com and sign in with your Microsoft account.
    2. Change the password
      • Select Security.
        • Click Password security.
          • Enter your current password.
            • Enter and confirm the new password.
              • Select Save.
              1. Sign out everywhere
                • Open Security → Advanced security options.
                  • Scroll to Sign me out.
                    • Select Sign me out everywhere to end all active sessions on devices and browsers.
                    1. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
                      • Go to Security → Advanced security options.
                        • Find Two-step verification.
                          • Select Turn on.
                            • Follow the prompts to add a verification method such as the **Microsoft Authenticator app, phone number, or email.
                              • Complete the setup to activate two-step verification.

You can also try leaving the Guest account in Teams and see if that helps.

If you want to remove the Guest account, you can open the Teams App > Settings > Accounts and Orgs. Click the button to leave the organisation.

The symptoms match a compromised Outlook.com account: missing mail, suspicious behavior on new incoming messages, and possible hidden mailbox changes that remain even after a password reset and MFA.

    Recommended cleanup path:

    1. Use Outlook on the web on a computer. Some malicious mailbox settings are easier to find there than in other clients.
    2. Recheck all mailbox rules and forwarding. In Outlook.com, open Settings > Mail and review:
      • Rules
      • Forwarding
      • IMAP Delete anything not created intentionally.
    3. Check blocked and junk settings. Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email and remove any legitimate addresses or domains from Blocked senders.
    4. Check for sweep or ignore behavior.
      • Review Settings > Mail > Sweep for suspicious cleanup rules.
      • In Deleted Items, select an affected conversation and check whether Ignore is enabled. If it is, stop ignoring the conversation so future mail is not deleted.
    5. Check account aliases and sign-in/contact info. In the Microsoft account settings, review sign-in preferences and security/contact information. Remove any alias or contact method that is not recognized.
    6. Sign out everywhere. Use the Microsoft account security page to sign out all active sessions. This helps remove any attacker session that survived the password change. One accepted Microsoft Q&A answer notes this can take up to 24 hours.
    7. Change the password again and keep two-step verification enabled. Use a strong, unique password that is not reused anywhere else.
    8. Review recent account activity. Check recent sign-in activity for anything not recognized.
    9. Try to recover missing mail. Check Deleted Items and the recovery option there, because attackers often delete mail after gaining access.
    10. If the problem still affects every new message after all checks above, use the hacked-account recovery flow. Microsoft provides a sign-in helper that guides recovery steps and can offer contact with an agent.

Why this is still happening after password reset and MFA:

    • Attackers often leave behind inbox rules, forwarding settings, blocked senders, sweep rules, or ignore states.
    • They can also add aliases or other account changes that continue affecting mail flow until removed.
