Why can’t I print word documents using my Samsung tablet

Same problem. Yes I can print from every other app.

The message that I must have "connected experiences" turned on comes up but I can't find any kind of setting like that.

Hello Victoria, I apologize for the inconvenience.

I will walk through a few steps with you. Some of these are just to help figure out what is wrong, not to fix it right away. So if nothing changes after a step, that is normal. I will keep going until we solve it.

Are you able to print from some other application?
If so, do you receive any specific message while printing?
What is the make and model of the printer?
