i am not receiving emails from discord

On discord i have to reset my password so i click: "forgot your password?" and discord say they sent me a link in my mail but im not getting anything even after making them a secure sender in my outlook settings.

    Could you answer these questions to help me identify the issue further.

    Is your email address an Outlook.com/Hotmail/Live address or a Microsoft 365 work or school account?

    Have you ever received emails from Discord at this address before?

    • Are you receiving emails from other senders normally, or is Discord the only sender with this problem?
    • What program do you use regularly to check emails? (New Outlook, Classic Outlook, Web Outlook?)

    Is your work account a company domain (for example ******@company.com) or a hosted address like Outlook/Hotmail?

    Ensure that discord is added to safe senders list and check all folders.

    Next, go and open https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine sign in with your work Outlook account.

    You need to check and validate any messages from the following:

    discord.com

    ******@discord.com

    ******@discord.com

    anything containing "Discord"

    If you find one, select it and choose release or report as NOT junk(if available only)

    I have an additional question, is this a Microsoft 365 Business account where you are the only user/admin, or is it managed by an employer's IT department?

    Can you check if you can open this link: https://security.microsoft.com/delivery-status (this link is another way to validate for any email delivery error). If you can open it sign in your account and choose Start a trace

    1. Enter:
      • Recipient: your work email address
      • Sender: discord.com (or leave blank and search by recipient)
      • Time range: last 24–48 hours (this will only do a check if you recently done a password request the last 24-48hrs)

    If not, you need to do request a password again so we can do a trace since the requirement should be there should be a request log the last 24-48hrs.
