Trusted Signing organization identity validation failed — how do I submit documents for manual review?

My Azure Trusted Signing (Artifact Signing) organization identity validation failed with a

message asking me to "provide additional document(s) dated within the past 12 months to

verify the organization." However, there is no document-upload field in the portal, and I

received no email with instructions.

The organization is a newly formed US LLC, so it likely isn't in the business databases

used for automatic verification yet.

How do I submit the required verification documents to complete the organization identity

validation? Is this handled through a support request, and if so, where do I attach the

documents?

Hi! The documents should only be uploaded through a secure Microsoft support case, not attached to this public question. Open a request for Artifact Signing/Trusted Signing identity validation and include the validation ID. For a newly formed LLC, prepare the formation certificate, recent registry record, proof of address, and proof that the requester represents the organization. Support can then provide a protected upload location or restart the validation.
