connecting a 2.4 mhz device to a dual router

as above I want to be able to connect my 2.4mhz cameras to my sagemcom Dual Fast 5290 to them.

    Your question actually doesn't involve Windows. Your WiFi network is created and managed by your Sagecom router and its firmware. Instructions for connecting your WiFi cameras to your router have to come from the cameras' manufacturers.

    We don't know which cameras you have, however, here is the Sagecom Support website.
