Hello team

Our facilities team has several unmanaged digital sign PCs running Windows that occasionally freeze up at night when no one is in the building. Does the Intune Remote Help application support unattended remote access so an IT admin can log in and reboot the machine without a USAer on the other end confirming the prompt?

    Hello Farid Omar,

To enable unattended access for Windows devices via Intune Remote Help, your organization must first acquire and assign the Remote Help add-on license to both the administrative staff and the target devices. After licensing, you must enable the "Allow unattended access" feature within the Remote Help settings in the Microsoft Intune admin center and assign the appropriate Entra ID security groups to the configuration. Ensuring the Remote Help application is updated on all target PCs and verifying that no network firewall rules are blocking the required service endpoints are essential steps for maintaining stable, compliant remote connections.
