    Hi @Jood Aldokhail,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand how frustrating it can be when you know you’ve saved a document but are unable to locate it. I’ll do my best to help you narrow this down step by step.

To better understand what may have happened and guide you accurately, could you please help confirm a few details:

    1. Do you remember the file name (or part of it), or any keywords within the document?
    2. When was the file last seen or saved (approximate date/time)?
    3. When you mention that you “can’t find it,” where have you already searched (for example: SharePoint search bar, Recent files in Word, OneDrive, or the Recycle Bin)? Did you receive a “not found” message, or no results at all?
    4. Have you or anyone else recently moved, renamed, or deleted the file, or made any changes to permissions on the site?
    5. Was the file created or edited using Word on the web or the desktop application?
    6. Have you checked the search bar in SharePoint/OneDrive using keywords, as well as the “Recent” files list in Word or Office.com?

If I’ve misunderstood any part of your situation, please feel free to clarify further so I can assist you more effectively.

Thank you again for your time and patience. I truly appreciate it, and I look forward to your response.
